* The Annual Dis-Enrollment Period for Medicare Advantage Plans is from January 1 to February 14 2012 and your only opportunity to make a change. During this time you will only be allowed to dis-enroll from your Medicare Advantage Plan and return to original Medicare. You may purchase a stand alone Part D plan and purchase a Medicare Supplement plan if you wish.
* As in 2011 , there will be no more open Enrollment Period in 2012.
